Originally constructed as a movie theater in 1931, the Majestic Theatre was extensively renovated in 2017-2019 by its current owner, Mountain Top Music Center. Mountain Top Music Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, also runs a community music school on the second floor above the theater and operates the Majestic Cafe. Mountain Top produces a wide variety of musical events, from chamber music to tribute bands, in the Majestic Theatre, as well as a monthly series of free community concerts.
Every Friday, enjoy jazz in an intimate setting – the only weekly jazz venue in the valley. On Thursdays and Saturdays come listen and dance to the music of some of the best local musicians in the valley. An intimate 50-seat venue in the storefront next to the Majestic Theatre, the Majestic Cafe serves wine, beer, craft cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks and a small food menu with a close-up view on music from the region's most creative performers.
